Damaged or incorrect goods
If for some reason your order was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. We'll replace the incorrect/damaged merchandise, shipped with our compliments.
Return exceptions - General
Please note, if you choose to return your item(s) there is a 20% restocking fee. In addition, please note that all dresses are delivered with a tag which must remain intact in order to return the item. Once the tag has been removed, the dress is no longer returnable.
*All undergarments, intimate wear and bathing suits are not refundable.
*All formalwear and bridal is final sale.
*Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchases.
*All sales are final after 30 days.
If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Also, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are unable to accept C.O.D. packages.

Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.
